Mr. Aden Leung started his accounting business in 1984 and established Aden Leung & Co., which is now Vincent Liang & Co. (VLCO). Aden and our Team have developed a long-standing business and personal relationship with our clients throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Asia in the past four decades.
40 years after entering the profession, Aden retired from the firm in September 2024. He now serves as the firm’s Senior Consultant.
From our firm’s roots, we will continue to build on our long history and strong foundation to serve our communities, while diversifying its practice and clientele.

梁博行，特許專業會計師
Vincent graduated with Honours with Distinction from Simon Fraser University in 2013 with majors in accounting and finance. He achieved the highest score in CPA, CGA Taxation course in BC in 2015 and obtained his CPA, CGA designation in 2016.
Prior to becoming a partner of VLCO, Vincent has spent 11 years working for various well-known accounting firms and an international investment and real estate company.
Vincent has extensive experience in a wide range of industries including real estate, stocks or equities investment, hospitality, wholesale, charities, manufacturing, food and retail. His practice also focuses on serving high-net-worth individuals, professionals (e.g. doctors, dentists, lawyers and architects) and non-residents.
He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Vincent is currently serving at Vancouver Christian Assembly as a Director. He was a volunteer lecturer of personal taxation seminars held by SUCCESS for several years.
In his spare time, you can find Vincent cycling, RVing, traveling and going to church with his wife and two kids. Vincent is also a stocks investment enthusiast and a die-hard Liverpool FC fan since he was a young kid.
梁博行（Vincent）於2013年在Simon Fraser大學取得特級榮譽學位，主修會計及金融。2015年他在BC省的特許专业會計師稅務課程中取得全省第一名，並於2016年獲得特許專業會計師（CPA, CGA）資格。
在接手VLCO之前，Vincent曾在多家當地著名會計師事務所及一家跨國投資及地產公司工作超過11年。Vincent在眾多行業擁有豐富的經驗，包括房地產，股票或股權投資，酒店，旅遊，批發，慈善機構，製造業，食品及零售。他同時還專注於為高淨值人士，專業人士（如醫生，牙醫，律師及建築師）和非稅務居民提供會計，稅務及咨詢服務。
Vincent能說流利的英文，國語和粵語。
Vincent目前以董事的身份服務於溫哥華基督教會(Vancouver Christian Assembly)。他並曾在中橋基金互助會為新移民和低收入人士舉辦的個人稅務講座中擔任義務講師。
除了事務所的工作之外，您還可以经常看到Vincent與他的妻子和兩個孩子一起騎車，房車旅行，四處旅遊以及去教會。另外，Vincent從小就熱衷於股票投資，同時他也是一位利物浦足球隊的忠實粉絲。
